The Carousel Classic Play for the Cure Golf Tournament
 

The Carousel Classic "Play for the Cure", a special golf tournament to fight diabetes and raise funds for research programs at the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes.
 
The Carousel Classic will be held on July 16, 2012 at the acclaimed Colorado Golf Club in Parker, Colorado, home of the 2010 Senior PGA Championship and the 2013 Solheim Cup. This course was designed by renowned architects Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw as a place of refuge, preservation, and nourishment, is truly a unique experience and one that you won't want to miss.

Please join us for a day of camaraderie on the greens followed by an awards dinner and player recognition to round out the evening. We need your support to make a difference in the lives of children with diabetes and to ensure a life free from its complications: blindness, heart disease, kidney failure, stroke and amputation.

Over 6,000 children and adults are cared for at the Barbara Davis Center, and the Center's world renowned research programs are our best hope for a cure. As families personally affected by diabetes, we know first-hand the burdens faced by over 23 million Americans with this disease. One in three babies born in our country today will have diabetes in their lifetime.
