Mcdonald has the best customer service and shop prices of any Audi dealership in the Denver front range. Prestige Audi is closer but their prices are always much higher then McDonald when asked for a qoute.

Their customer service is far better then any other Audi dealer in town. I have several friends and family that all drive Audis and we all bring our cars to McDonald for service.

McDonald has the best Audi service of anybody in town. I brought the vehicle in without an appointment thinking it would be a symple fix. The problewm was much bigger then originally thought. My service advisor kept me informed through the whole process. The part needed to be ordered and will be installed once it comes in

Good experience with Lloyd Nelson

I've now been working with Lloyd Nelson and to my experience, he is the best service expert I’ve encountered at McDonald and for what it matters, Prestige also. I only use McDonald now and have recommended it to several friends and also given Lloyd's name to them. He makes you feel comfortable, reviews the history of the vehicle before recommending service items and always comes very close to the estimated price

Audi stands behind their product, the Audi's perform well with recommended maintenance and the service I've received is exceptional and the customer area is comfortable when waiting for the vehicle. Overall, Audi does what you would expect.

My A4 broke down 4pm on a friday and i was getting married that saturday. Eric Nolander was so helpful in getting me a loaner and on my way. total turn around time was an hour after my car broke down, i was simply amazed at how fast, friendly and effiecient everyone was there.

They are trying very hard. They appreciate my business. As a McDonald customer for over 20 years I expect loaner car, wash, etc. They are treating me the right way.

I have recommended McDonald to my boss, owner of an A8 that he was ready to sell because Phil Long in Colo Spgs was not taking care of him. He now drives to Denver to see McDonald to get his car serviced.

My service mgr (Martin) is excellent!! He always keeps me informed and went above and beyond because there needed to be a repair on the seat lock on the back seat. He was able to get the part and have it fixed by the next day. That saved me time in having to come back. It is very much appreciated.

I just wanted to send a brief note of recognition for the great service we received from Craig Muthard when I was at your dealership buying my daughter her new Audi this past Friday.

He was a total pleasure to work with, answering all our questions, including the ones my husband asked from long distance, diligent about getting her the exact car she wanted, courteous in every way, and thorough throughout the process. At no point did I ever feel unduly pressured to make a decision or uncomfortable about my lack of 'automobile' knowledge.

Having flown in for the express purpose of buying a car for our daughter, I had no intention of buying at the first dealership we walked into without at least exploring other options. Though my time was very limited, it is a testament to his helpful but non overbearing approach that lead to our decision to purchase at McDonold's without looking further. My daughter got the very car in the exact color she wanted with all the amenities and couldn't be more thrilled.

The newer service personnel @ McDonald Audi are more professional than in the past & I don't feel like they are always trying to upsell my service by adding on what seem to me to be unnecessary items. I research all recommended repairs on the web & with my E-Bahn manual so I understand the work involved, how often it occurs & options for secondary market parts & labor. Thus far I have felt that staying w/McDonald Audi makes sense due to the quick turnaround, free rental car & the service warranty & somewhat comparable prices. I always use the discount coupons provided. I didn't ask this time but normally request a service review so I can plan for future visits & know what's coming up w/costs, etc. I don't like to be surprised w/unexpected costs.

I get good personalized service...they work around my difficult schedule with early hours, loaner cars, and early next am pickup. the service is good and complete. The Hill brothers took very good care of me.

I was not inconvenienced at all. The car they provided me with was a new rental car for which AUDI paid with a voucher. I did not have any out of pocket cost. When I booked the appointment the audi representative apologized that he didn't think I'd get an audi, but that he would get me a rental car instead. I consider this gracious, not a problem at all.

Actually I love my S4 so much that I'll probably keep this car a long time. If I need another car though, I'll make it an Audi.
